5. Witnessing to Unchurched
We value those who don’t have the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ because God does (Luke 19:10). Therefore, we will use every instrument available with Christ-honoring means to pursue, win and disciple the Unchurched.

6. A Community of Love
We value biblical community where people have an opportunity to minister and be ministered, to love and be loved, to forgive and be forgiven and to encourage and be encouraged . Therefore, we ask all of our members to commit to and fully participate in small groups so that they may exercise their gifts and experience a Christ-centered community.

7. Cultural Relevance
We value the diverse cultures and communities as unique and beautiful in their own ways. Therefore, we will preach, teach, speak and act in ways which is true and honoring to our faith and also relatable and understandable to our community.

8. Grace Orientation
We value showing grace and forgiveness to those who have sinned against us as a response of faith to Christ’s work on the cross. Therefore, we will show grace to one another that God’s loving kindness may be seen in us.

9. Excellence
We value serving God with all of our heart, because it is for Christ our Lord. Therefore, we will never be satisfied with the status quo. We will continually sharpen and improve our ministry, our gifts, our talents and our facilities to glorify the excellent God whom we serve.

At One Way Youth Group, we envision our sharing the good news of Christ’s death and resurrection with unchurched friends and family.
We envision developing all our youth – new believers as well as established believers – into fully functioning followers of Christ through engaging worship services, Sunday school, special events, and, most importantly, community groups.
We envision reaching out to the friend of our youth members by supporting them in their spiritual growth and providing accountability.
We envision reaching out to the communities in the local area, through mercy ministries to show the love of God to the community.
We envision worshiping on Sunday unified in our love for Christ and one another and lifting up our worship and praises to our Lord, Jesus Christ.
We envision helping all of our people – youth as well as teachers – to discover their divine designs so that they are equipped to serve Christ effectively in some ministry either within or outside our church. Our goal is that every member be a minister.
We envision welcoming numerous members into our body who are excited about Christ, experience healing in their family relationships and grow together in love.
We envision recruiting, training and sending out many of our youth members as missionaries, pastors and church planters.
