Dear Applicants,
The Way Church Scholarship is available for students who are registered members of The Way Church or their children, and who will be 11th, 12th, and undergraduate students in 2023 academic year. You can submit your application by filling out Application Form. We require 2 essays (200 words minimum), transcript (will be used only for reference point). Please upload essays, transcript, and proof of current school.
Please read the following:
1. Information needed for application is: Your information, your parent’s information, currently enrolled or accepted school information, and church or volunteer activities in the past or present.
2. Judges for decision will be the elders of the Session of The Way Church. They will mainly read your essays for decision. GPA will only be used for reference point.
3. For the proof of school enrollment and transcript, you can take pictures and upload necessary documents. College acceptance letter is fine for the evidence of school
4. Application will be accepted from Aug 13 to Aug 31, 2023. The decision will be made by Sep 3, 2023 and notified by email or text by Sep 4, 2023. Award ceremony will be held on Sep 10, 2023. We strongly urge you to attend the ceremony and meet elders. If it is physically impossible, your parents can attend with advance notice.
5. Recipients of the award will receive $1000.
